Conditions

* Included:
  - consumption of electricity, water, gas
  - linen (bath, bed, kitchen)
  - final cleaning
  - use of the playground
  - swimmingpool entrance, use of the sun beds
  - barbecue
  - unattended covered parking
  - Wi-Fi
  -Tourist tax (to be paid on site according to municipal regulations )
  - for stay of more weeks at the end of each week change of linen.

* Not included:
  - cradle € 25  for  week (on reservatio)
  - additional bed € 20 for week
  - heating € 15 at night
  - linen extraordinary € 5 a piece
  - tourist tax (payable locally in accordance with municipal regulations)
  -use of washing machine € 5 for wash (pods provided by us )
 

Schedule:
Arrivals: from 4 pm to 7 pm
Departures: no later than 10 am 
Possibility, upon request, to arrive and depart on different days 


Deposit:
150 Euro on arrival


Payment:
30% deposit by booking;
70% on site.
Payment also by credit card (VISA, Maestro, Pago Bancomat)
